This may be a little TMI, but right now, I’m wearing a pair of Hanky Panky’s lace boyshorts. I have 7-8 pairs of these and they’re totally worth their price tag; they literally last forever if you’re careful not to dry them, and they’re the most comfortable pair of panties I’ve ever worn. Unfortunately, Hanky Panky doesn’t make the lace boyshorts in organic cotton (only the thongs), but they do make this stretchy cotton version in organic cotton:
