I have a love/hate relationship with leggings: I love them on others, hate them on me. I think they can look really cute on the right body, and styled nicely, but they don’t work very well on me. I still wear them, but only around the house…
I love these ombre leggings by Park Vogel made from organic cotton & lycra – on final sale now for $50:
I was just checking out eco-boutique Juno and Jove and discovered that all the Diane Kennedy clothing (available in up to sizes 2X) is on sale, many pieces are 50% off. All of Diane’s pieces are made ethically in Canada using Bamboo and/or Tencel. My favorite of the lot is this scoop tee, which as you’ll see, has multiple “scoops!”
I love a nice pair of drawstring, easy fitting pants to lounge around and go for walks in during the warmer months. This pair is by Organic by John Patrick and they’re marked down to $40 from $160 at Mick Margo:
Another one of my favorite eco-boutiques (I have a lot of favorites!!) is having a local Chicago designer 30% off sale until the end of the month. Pivot is offering new items by eco-friendly Chicago designers Frei Designs, Lara Miller, Sunia, and Elise Bergman for 30% off online and in-store (if you’re lucky and in Chicago, check out more sale items in-store).
My favorite pieces are this Hemp/Organic cotton tank top by Elise Bergman for about $75 and this Organic Cotton/Soy/Spandex top by Sunia for $48:
